O presidente Fernando Collor determinou, ontem, ao presidente da Funai, Sidney Possuelo, que providencie junto ao ministro da Justiça Jarbas Passarinho, a expulsão dos garimpeiros da área indígena Baú, dos Kayapó, com 1,8 milhão de hectares, no Pará. A ordem foi dada atendendo à solicitação que lhe fez o cacique Raoni que, junto com outro líderes indígenas, participou da cerimônia de subida da rampa do Palácio do Planalto.
